Once upon a time, I believed in love
But people keep on separating
I don’t know what to believe anymore
The reality of pain, or in my own heart

There shall be no happily ever after
So long as we forget our roles
For the play is a collaboration of two souls
Working together, creating a story

Don’t run off stage
Your supporting actor won’t know what to do.
Be rid of your fright
For the show must go on.

Something that was inspired by a discussion at a Buddhist gathering. A good read for everyone--particularly the commitment-phobes.

The "play" is just a symbol for a relationship,a nd you are the "actor".

Me: Well, that was just plain stupid....
My Sis: Your stupid.
Me: Your mom's stupid.
My Sis: That's what she said.
